What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, whether you’re an owner, broker or someone else, a company name or listing link if you give one, and your message.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

Your message is emailed to the two partners of Silver Strand Holdings so we can reply to you. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Resend delivers the form’s email to us.
• Our email provider stores the message in our inboxes.

The website itself doesn’t keep a copy of your message after it’s sent. Resend keeps a copy of sent emails for a limited time under its own retention policy, and Vercel keeps short-lived request logs that don’t include your message.

Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about a business as confidential. Before we ask for financial statements, we sign a confidentiality agreement.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have us delete your messages, reply to any email from us or send a new message through the contact form.
